Shipping policy

DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS:

Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order. After the processing time your package will arrive within 5 days. Due to COVID-19, note that there may be delivery delays. We appreciate your patience.

All FREE Standard U.S. Shipments are sent via USPS. USPS Priority Mail provides a unique tracking code, and a quick delivery within 5 days. We also offer other shipping options for an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order. After the processing time your package will arrive between 7-21 business days. Due to COVID-19, note that there may be delivery delays. We appreciate your patience. 

All FREE Standard International Shipments are sent via USPS, and are delivered by your country's local post. This includes a unique tracking code. We also offer other shipping options for an additional cost. Please be aware that customs fees may apply depending on your country of residency.

  • International orders: applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country - the recipient will be notified by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, if any, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.

We will do our best to ship Express Orders the same business day but cannot guarantee this at all times.

SHIPPING FAQs:

I put the wrong address / forgot my apartment number, how can I fix this?

​If your order has not processed yet, we will work with you to get your address fixed. However, if your order has processed you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges in order to process a new shipping label. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee to correct the address. ALWAYS double check to make sure your address is complete!

What happens if my package was never delivered by the shipping carrier?

Panahon Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier or misplaced by them (very rare), we are not responsible for this. If this occurs, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. If your package was stolen from your porch, it is your responsibility to know when the shipping carrier arrives and to make sure someone is home in order to retrieve the package. We will also work with you as best as we can in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
