Refund policy

Panahon Designs jewelry may be returned for store credit OR exchanged for an alternate item within 10 days of receipt. The product must be returned to Panahon Designs in original condition for return/exchange to be processed. Once processed, Panahon Designs store credit will be e-mailed via electronic gift card. Please note that return items purchased with an e-gift card will be refunded to the original gift card. Gift cards themselves cannot be returned or exchanged.

For vintage timepieces/watches: due to the nature of vintage items, watch orders are not eligible for return and refund and all sales are final

Email info@panahondesigns.com to begin your return/exchange process. Please include your name and order number to expedite the process.

 

TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):  

If international shipment(s) from Panahon Designs are refused and jewelry is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred on the package. This applies to both the original and return shipment.

 

REPAIRS

PANAHON DESIGNS DOES NOT OFFER REPAIRS.  

However, if you have an issue with your jewelry within 10 days of purchase, please let us know by sending an email to info@panahondesigns.com. Include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. 

If jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or deemed to be defective, we will be happy to exchange the product or provide store credit.  However, Panahon Designs is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry. 

 

PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER SHOP OR WEBSITE 

Panahon Designs is not responsible for any jewelry NOT PURCHASED directly from this website. Please contact the retailer from which your original purchase was made for assistance.
